Liseth the Lady has 2 special celebrations this week she is 50 and has had her restaurant for 15 years CONGRATULATIONS from Anne & Jim

 My Granddaughter has a birthday coming up next month so just finishing her card am going to put a ribbon with a flowery bird on it and hang it from the back of the card.

You guys are so difficult to do cards for so here is a selection of steampunk cards hope you  like the little spaner on the blue one I bought these in a shop in Alford up here in Grampian.

daughter in laws 40th in april

I cannot believe I have not posted anything since December 2012  this selection of cards are for my daughter in law who is 40 in April 2013 they are all different styles and layouts The one on the rocker style has a feature back and font I love doing these. one is done with some of my new sizzex dies with her B for her name and 40 0n the butterfly's wings. the front one is very plain but I think it is lovely done in white/ silver and glitter butterflies and lastly the brown and orange butterfly's so I hope they give her as much pleasure I had making them for her.

Handmade cards for the Festive Season

Well Christmas is just around the corner and I started making cards way back in August

 sometimes I had a few in different stages  but I got there.

just put a simple verse in them  

I must say I enjoyed doing them all no matter how big or small each one is

 I hope the recipients like them

 we have friends who have just had a baby boy  BEN  below is the big blue card i made for his arrival,He has a big sister called Ballie Olivia and she gets BO so i made this card with lots of butterfly's and a lovely bird. hope she likes her new baby?

halloween guisers

 Halloween has  come and gone and here are 4 pirate girls made into Happy Halloween Labels and I know 2 of my girls tied them on their bedroom doors when the got home.

 This one was made for the only boy I expected and it was an easel card which the wee boy set it up in his room it is from one of the create and craft Cd's you will have seen it before on my blog.

This is the first time I have done a T PEE card and they are sooooooooooooooo easy

 I am going to do some Christmas ones for my grand children

silver wedding card for friends

Just recently and I made this card from a card I saw on pinterest. Great site for inspiration

 Dear friends Julia and Stephen up in Dufftown celebrated there Silver wedding .
They are a lovely family and we have been friends with them for many years Jack and Megan are a credit to them both in their manners and the kindness they show to others.

I enjoyed making this as it was for them all.

 I have a love  of shoes as my granddaughter's have as well i made this on an old CD and matted and layered in a lovely plain lilac card

have put ribbon to hold it on a hook or drawer handle in Kaitlyne's bedroom I just have to add other ribbons on it for show. I hope she likes it

 I have put multiple beaded pins on some of them and they all have a brooch pin on them which can be closed off

Last Saturday Rena and I went to see SPEY FEST crafts show and while going from stall to stall I saw loads of Hat Pin Brooches. I had these felt flowers in a prize i had won for a competition. Sew here are some of my finished ones. Goodness knows what i will do them but they were fun to make.

re vamp of a HEART box

This little heart box started off life as box with Gluten free Truffles, my friend Rena bought them they were very very tasty. I have been going through my stash & we all know how things stack up. Now I have a lovely little box.  This would go really well with Bab's and Paul's bedroom but box might be too small.
It might get used for storing small earrings or even get sweets in it for someone
